MASTERY Program
COMING THIS FALL!
Baseball is difficult. To master the sport a player must achieve technical proficiency of the fundamental skills of the game. A player must develop physical attributes like speed, strength, agility and flexibility, and what we believe is most critical, a player must master their state - which is controlling the mind to enable themselves to perform at the highest level.
We’ve developed a program that takes serious players through a progression of workouts that invests energy and focus in all three of these critical areas of development: mind, body and fundamental skills.
We provide a baseball curriculum that creates breakthrough results for developing players by teaching advanced training and techniques. This program is for players wanting to achieve elite results and play the next level.

Hitting Stage Details:

- Mastering bat path for consistent contact.
- Mastering sequencing and power generation.
- Mastering drills that optimize offensive performance.

Throwing Stage Details:
Instruction led by Matt Rowley
- Pre-throwing preparation, types of training and recovery strategies.
- Mechanics and sequencing for optimal performance.
- Competitive environment, developing secondary pitches and situational effectiveness.
