Fall & Winter Boys Advanced Offensive & Defensive Group Lacrosse Training

ONLY “20” PARTICIPANTS PER SESSION

6 Different Training Sessions

Are you training with a purpose, working with full time professional coaches, doing drills that translate to actual play, taking quality “reps”, learning new skill sets, understanding why you are doing drills, or improving your lacrosse IQ while competing against your peers? If not, then the Performance Academy 2023-2024 Fall & Winter Boys Advanced Offensive & Defensive Group Lacrosse Training will focus on what you need to improve your overall game.

Each training session, participants will run through a series of advanced, high tempo, skills and drills that will lead to competitive play in a controlled environment. THE FOCUS WILL BE ON YOU.

Areas of focus:

Attack & Midfield- shooting, dodging, footwork, vision, playing with and without the ball, understanding spacing, being efficient with the ball, and much more.

LSM & Defense- Footwork, approaches, angles, defending picks, communication, on ball and off ball play, stick work, shooting, stick protection, defending picks, and much more.

*This program does not offer goalie, faceoff or draw specific training.
