Each 1.5-hour training session, participants will run through a series of group and position specific skill work that will lead into competitive play and utilize the new skills you learned in a controlled environment.

Areas of focus

Attack & Midfield- shooting, dodging, footwork, vision, playing with and without the ball, understanding spacing, being efficient with the ball, and much more.

LSM & Defense- Footwork, approaches, angles, sliding, recovering, defending picks, communication, on ball and off ball play, stick work, shooting, stick protection, and much more.

This program does not offer goalie or faceoff specific training and is not for beginners or 1st year players.
