SESSION 2 - High School Players

The Shooting, Dodging and Footwork Boys After School Lacrosse Training Series powered by Performance Academy is an offensive player’s chance to improve their overall skillset, fundamentals, footwork, and lacrosse IQ.

Each day participants will be placed through a series of professional style skills and drills. Participants will be assessed and separated by current skill level, so level of training does not falter.

Dec. 1, 8, 15

4PM-5PM

Areas of focus-   Shooting, dodging, footwork, vision, playing with and without the ball, understand spacing, being efficient, and much more.

This training not recommended for first year or beginning players

ONLY 20 SPOTS AVAILABLE PER SESSION

Registration: $150 plus enrollment fee per session, per player.
