Session 2: High School Preseason Shooting, Dodging and Conditioning After-school Lacrosse Training Series

Are you ready for the 2023 spring season? Looking to get a jump on your peers and competition? If so, the High School Preseason Shooting, Dodging and Conditioning Afterschool Lacrosse Training Series will allow you to properly prepare for the 2023 spring season.

The High School Preseason Shooting, Dodging and Conditioning Afterschool Lacrosse Training Series is a high intensity program run by Performance Academy’s Todd MacFarlane. Coach MacFarlane has prepared all levels of athletes from the youth to the professional levels and is ready to prepare you for your championship season.

Areas of focus: Shooting, dodging, footwork, vision, playing with and without the ball, understand spacing, being efficient, explosiveness, flexibility, core strength and much more.

Times: 4-5pm

This training not recommended for first year or beginning players

Registration $150 per session, per player (each participant will receive a resistance band)
