Winter Break Baseball Clinics

- Hitting
Learn the infield concepts of pre and post fielding actions, the different infield levels/zones,lanes, throwing from different angles, how to be an athletic infielder who can play offense in defense, and more!
Dec 28th:Â
- PitchingÂ
- HittingÂ
Pitchers: learn the things you can do to prepare your body and mind for the upcoming season on the mound!Â
Equipment Needed:
- Baseball Bat
- Batting Helmet
- Baseball glove
- Turf shoes/athletic shoes (recommended over baseball cleats)
