Defensive Trainers:

Austin Pifani - Austin Pifani started 12 games for Atlas LC during the 2019 PLL season and collected 16 ground balls. Pifani is a Roslyn, Pennsylvania native where he attended Abington High School. Pifani was a member of UNC Chapel Hill’s 2016 National Championship team, is a 3x USILA All-America and was selected for the All-ACC Team.

Blaze Riorden - The toughest goalie to shoot on in the PLL, Blaze Riorden led the league with a 55.8 save percentage with 153 saves, earning him the league's Oren Lyons Goalie of the Year award. Riorden is a Fairport, New York native where he attended Fairport High School. While playing at the University of Albany, Riorden was named an All-American and was the America East Defensive Player of the Year. Riorden enjoys fishing, traveling, teaching lacrosse and all sports. Riorden was named to the PLL All Star Team in 2019.

Dave Smith - One of UVA's three captains and played in all 20 of UVA's games as a SSDM. A significant part of the 2019 National Championship team. Part of a defense that held Yale, the nation's No. 2 scoring offense, to its lowest output of the year (9 goals) in the NCAA title game and picked up two ground balls in the NCAA title game.
