- Building the foundation for the stages going forward.
Hitting Stage Details:
Instruction led by Bob Wright
- Mastering bat path for consistent contact.
- Mastering sequencing and power generation.
- Mastering drills that optimize offensive performance.

Throwing Stage Details
Instruction led by Matt Rowley
- Pre-throwing preparation, types of training and recovery strategies.
- Mechanics and sequencing for optimal performance.
- Competitive environment, developing secondary pitches and situational effectiveness.
