Sundays December 3, 10, 17  12-1pm 

 

Areas of Focus: 

• Barrel contact rate

• Hip and hand fluency 

• Approach

 

Equipment Needed: 

• Baseball Bat 

• Batting Helmet 

• Batting Gloves 

• Turf shoes/athletic shoes (recommended over baseball cleats)

Full Program (3 dates): $135.00
